Five years ago, we bought a house on the edge of the village, for us the beginning of a beautiful story. One called it 'la Grange de Maxime'. Hervé, a friend from the village of Monteux, trader in hay and full of passion for the woodcock, put us in touch with Samuel and eventually with the Perrial family. Luck was on our side, this was a paradise for us.
A walk to the village for a coffee with Marco, discoveringaiguiers with neighbour Christian, a cosy chat in Marco's bar, the friendship with Samuel, cosy food at 'Le 39,5 sous le tilleul', receiving friends at La Grange, Mondays tot he market,.. yes, we love coming to Méthamis.
